After hearing the hype about it and seeing that it is one of the most watched series in the world, I finally took the time to watch Squid Game. I have to admit, I had fun watching it and I had a lot of fun throughout the season. It involves hundreds of contestants (all of whom are unfortunate and in need of money) who are asked to play childish games in order to win a lot of money, 45.6 billion won (about $33 million). Only now these childish games are fatal and the last contestant wins all the money. He will draw you into his world and before you know it, you will be captivated. It is a thriller with many twists and a lot of violence. This is a series that will stay in your memory long after you watch it. I know it has already been renewed for several seasons, so I hope it retains the same charm that it had in the first season.
